Multiple Primary Insurance Clean-up
Automation was stuck due to patients having two primary insurance coverages, and due to automation configuration, the claim was stuck in an infinite loop. Clean-up was completed so that automation could choose the correct payer.
Update the Patient Insurance Policies View in Practice Setup
For SimplePractice users, the list of insurance coverages was updated to display active and inactive coverages. Some patients may have two primary coverage listed and the portal view did not support that. Updates made to support this change include:
- Removing the Add Insurance button and replacing it with a tooltip.
- Removing the “Edit” and “Updated buttons in the policy details module
- Adding Primary Insurance and Secondary Insurance headers
- Adding the coverage's last updated date
