This release was focused on improving task assignments.

Enhancements & Filled Gaps

Added Gentem Task Categories

A few small but impactful changes were made to the tasks feature in the Gentem Portal:

• The Task Fields were reorderd to reflect the following:

  • Task ID

  • Task Title

  • Status

  • Priority

  • Category

  • Due Date

  • Assigned To

  • Created By

  • Updated Date

  • Created Date

• When creating a task, a category is now required. Categories include:

  • Enrollments

  • Payment Posting

  • Claim Edit

  • Eligibility and Benefits

  • Rejections

  • A/R

    • Denials

    • Old A/R

  • Support/ Other Inquiries

Support charging customers based on collections

A flag was added to indicate the payment setup associated with a given practice. When the flag is set to True, the “Claims Fee” portion of the invoice is calucated based on e count of claims that get reimbursed for the first time within the invoice period (e.g. August 1 - August 31)
